Our three simulations - Finance Lab, Dealing Room and Trading Floor - transform trading on the financial markets into accessible and enjoyable collaborative learning experiences and effective tools for teachers and trainers.
Players compete against the market and against the other teams in the room, which creates an exciting and enjoyable group activity.
Having use of three simulations makes the resource adaptable for different age groups and learning environments: Global Investor, for higher ability 14-19 students and undergraduates; Dealing Room, for Maths and Business-related GCSEs; and Trading Floor, for team-building and enterprise activities.
Playing against the clock makes the learning experience effective and rewarding and enhances the development of skills such as team-working and communication.
The combined effect of players' actions in the game and their responses in the classroom environment creates a truly immersive learning experience.
The three simulations are delivered and stored online and all the game data is permanently and securely held on the server.
The simulations can be accessed via any web browser, from within a networked system or from stand-alone PCs or laptops.
Set up and store an unlimited library of games. The number of teams playing is only limited by the available bandwidth.

"I worked with 10 schools in the South East and was delighted with the response of the students. Both girls and boys were enthusiastically engaged as they learnt about the risk-return trade-offs of investing. They also benefitted from the opportunities that Gobal Investor provides for developing and applying Maths skills."

"The interactivity and excitement of Trading Floor enabled us to engage with Year 6 pupils from our feeder schools and give them an experience that would help introduce subjects and themes they will explore in Year 7. The event was a great success."
